Statement of Work

The FractionX team will provide social selling training for sales teams of up to four (4) members. 

  • Review customer ideal customer profile (β€œICP”) and buying personas

  • Conduct initial assessment of corporate and individual team member LinkedIn presence and usage of Sales Navigator

  • Analyze LinkedIn engagement of up to 5 prospective companies and buyers

  • Establish baseline and target activity, engagement,and connection metrics

  • Develop and deliver a scorecard on activity, engagement, and  between you and your prospects

  • Produce and execute a social selling implementation plan at the individual and team level consisting of:

    • Deliver four (4) 1 hour workshops on the Philosophy of Social Selling and how to build awareness to convert LinkedIn engagement into leads and customers. 

    • Deliver two (2) 1  workshops on optimizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator to streamline the sales funnel and accelerate engagement, ensuring a more efficient and effective outreach process.

    • Provide weekly 1:1 hands on coaching to each team member for building a personal brand, including LinkedIn profile optimization and crafting a consistent online presence. 

    • Facilitate weekly engagement and content strategy sessions to focus on creating value-driven, prospect-focused posts and interactions.

    • Meet weekly with stakeholders to review/measure pipeline growth and adjust social selling strategies as needed.
