Statement of Work

The FractionX team shall provide leadership coach(es) to perform the following tasks:

  • Provide up to sixteen (16) one hour coaching sessions with up to 4 executives.

  • Work with each executive to improve the 3 weakest characteristics scored on the team’s diagnostic assessment.

  • Establish and measure personal growth goals for each executive.
