Statement of Work

The FractionX team shall provide leadership coach(es) to perform the following tasks:

  • Interview up to 4 executives on a leadership team.

  • Conduct a formal leadership assessment using industry standard assessment tools.

  • Measure and score 14 leadership characteristics for each executive.

  • Prepare and deliver to the executive team a leadership scorecard.

  • Design and review a leadership plan that enables an executive team to foster the top 3 leadership characteristics and improve the bottom 3 leadership characteristics.
