FX Data Resolver FAQ

  • With modern data engineering and AI tools, we can implement our Data Resolver within weeks (not months) and at 80% less implementation costs over traditional data warehouse and analytics solutions.

  • The first is the cleanliness of your data. We can clean your data to a certain degree, but as they say “garbage in, garbage out.” The second consideration is access to your company’s data. Data Resolver lives on AWS and requires connections to your database servers. Your IT team has to be okay with that.

  • We configure AWS Data Resolver in AWS, using best of breed AWS AI services deployed via “AWS Well Architected Frameworks” (WAF).

  • Data Resolver is a services offering we provide to our customers. We deploy Data Resolver in your AWS infrastructure. If you do not have AWS, we will configure your own instance in your company’s name and give you full control. If you do not have AWS resources on staff, we can provide a monthly service to manage it on your behalf.

  • We use AWS Glue for data connections. Glue can connect securely to your drives/databases on premise (or cloud) via a VPN or any SaaS API to extract your data.

  • We extract data to AWS Simple Storage Service (S3), one of the most secure and well known cloud storage solutions. Our AI agents do not need full traditional large scale databases, they simply need extracted text versions of your data.

  • Data Resolver can write back to your applications. Our AI agent framework can connect to any data source and update data.

  • We charge an implementation fee to design and build Data Resolver. You will then have a monthly fee for AWS cloud usage. For most mid-market companies, this equates to $500 - $1500 per month.
