How We Do It

Engage in a 2 - 3 week process of discovery, collaboration and implementation with our team.

Using ISO-42001 AI Management Systems and ISO-23894 AI Risk Mitigation as our frameworks, we will:

  1. Perform a comprehensive discovery of systems, storage and tools.

  2. Interview a representative sample of employees, including confidential interviews to uncover potential shadow AI usage

  3. Research the terms of service and privacy policies of the tool inventory.

  4. Create an AI risk register and remediation plan.

  5. Draft, review and revise your AI AUP policy set.

  6. Assist in the publication and training of your AI AUP policy set.

  7. Assist IT teams in the decommissioning of shadow AI tools, applying access/authentication controls, and the logging of data access + AI tool usage.
