No, we are not a managed service provider. You own all the technology we implement in your accounts with full control and security. Once we complete our implementation, we do offer ongoing service contracts to maintain your solution on your behalf.

We work with industries who are technology heavy and IT light. These are companies like manufacturing, telco, logistics, and service providers like pest control, HVAC, or landscaping. Yes, our solutions integrate with existing systems. We use AWS primarily because it is an API driven service. This enables us to deliver you AI solutions via simple chat user interfaces, or reporting dashboards, or integrations with your existing SaaS systems. All of our solutions have APIs that enable push/pull of data in both directions.

We leverage both private and public models. For example, we make heavy use of AWS Bedrock, which provides a fully managed, private and secure version of publicly available models from AWS (titan and Nova), Anthropic, Cohere Facebook and others. We also deploy fully private models on an as needed basis in your infrastructure using the most transparent and well known ones available from HuggingFace .

We built our solution portfolio specifically to give companies the ability to use AI without the risks of data leakage and oversharing. We follow ISO-27001 which is the standard for Information Systems management. For AI, we follow ISO-42001 for AI risks like model bias and safety and ISO-23894 that provides guidelines for responsible AI deployment and usage. For AWS, we follow all of the AWS Well Architected Frameworks (WAF) for our technology deployments.

For our IT members, every one has one or many IT certifications including AWS. Our team members have work pedigrees from Accenture, Oracle, Sun Microsystems, and IBM.

Although many of us come from the Big 4, we realized that our passion is with smaller and more nimble companies who need results, not politics and presentations. We take “Big 4” concepts and package them into value that the mid-market can consumer. This is very deliberate on our part. Most of our engagements last 3 - 8 weeks. We are working to implement a specific technology that is aligned to a well documented business outcome with a real and measurable ROI. We typically meet for 2 - 4 hours in week 1 to do discovery and planning. We then execute a weekly meeting cadence of 1 - 2 hours per week and work asynchronous using Google/Slack/0365 tools to collaborate on deliverables. We manage all of our projects in JIRA via an agile methodology.

Yes, we work at the speed and level of engagement you want us to work. Sometimes you want your team to do all the work and we advise. Other times you may want us to do all the work and just inform you. We make it a policy of delivering as much work as possible without disrupting your team’s daily schedules.

Our core value proposition is implementing technology and change management at a midsized business level cost and capacity. We help midsized companies who typically do not have large internal communications, HR, or culture teams to message, train and enable companies on the technology we implement.

We build solutions that are best practice and transferable. By using AWS, there is a very large talent pool of skills for ongoing management of our solutions. All of our engagements include training, enablement, and documentation.

Our consulting fees for assessments run from $5,000 - $12,000 and typically take 2 - 3 weeks to complete. Our implementations run from $15,000 - $50,000 and can last 3 - 8 weeks. As for ongoing AWS costs, these range from $300 - $1,500 per month. We offer monthly ongoing support from $2,500 - $5,000 per month in which we provide a set of proactive and reactive services.

By using AWS, SnowFlake, and Azure tooling, along with published best practice, everything we build is transferrable and upgradeable as AI rapidly evolves. These may not be the best or most bleeding edge, but they are well respected and resourced companies with long track records of publishing and upgrading the latest tools required to meet the latest architecture trends.
